Shipping policy

We will be shipping with UPS and Purolator where possible, to avoid issues of Canada Posts ongoing negotiations. We will use Canada Post if it’s the only option or the option that makes the most sense for the community you live in. We are not responsible for packages delayed or held by CP or any of our shipping partners.

We ship Monday to Friday. Orders made after 12 noon, will be packed the following business day. Orders made on weekends will be sent the next business day.

We aim to ship orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday. 

Once the order departs our store, we are not responsible for courier delays or delivery times. They do not allow us to edit to change addresses or info after they have picked the item up
