We are seeking a motivated and skilled Retail Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our small business. If you are a natural leader with exceptional organizational and customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Hiring, onboarding, and managing a team of dedicated staff members
• Maintaining a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and communication
• Entering all invoices accurately onto our website or designated system
• Conducting regular inventory checks and ensuring stock levels are optimized
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Implementing effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and maximize sales
• Overseeing payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payment processing

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating a team
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in computer systems, including experience Shopify
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
