You have 21 days for in-store credit or exchange on regular priced items, all items must have original tags attached and be unworn. Please note that we do not offer refunds to OMP. Items discounted 15% or more are final sale. Day 1 starts from the first day Canada Post tried to deliver, and for in-store pickup, it's the day you receive your confirmation email.
Jewelry & Hair Accessories, Sunglasses & Blue Light Glasses, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Tights, Nylons, & Intimates, and any item that does not have original tag attached are final sale and cannot be returned. Items discounted 15% or more are final sale.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain why you would like to return the item. We will notify you when your return has been excepted. ***Please note that we must receive your items back at the store within 14 days of the item having been received. If we do receive items back after 14 days we will not be able to process an exchange or store credit and you will need to pick up your items or have them shipped back to you at your expense. Once we receive your item(s) and ensure they are in approved selling condition we will email you a gift card.
We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and be refunded.
Local Pick Up
Yes, you can. You can pick up your order after you receive the email that your order is ready.
We will hold your order for 90 days after the order is placed. If you require the item to be held for longer, please send an email to email@example.com.
