Day 1 starts from the first day Canada Post/UPS tried to deliver. Not the day you picked it up from the mailbox or holding facility. 

In-Store Pickup
Day 1 is the day you receive your confirmation email. Not the day you pick the item up

If hang tags and original tags have been removed, the item(s) are immediately FINAL SALE.
