Q: How can I contact you?
A: The best way to contact us about an online order is by email at email@example.com. We will return your email within 24 hours.
For in-store inquiries, please contact the location nearest you.
Q: I live in Edmonton, can I pick up the order in-person rather then paying for shipping?
A: Yes! But you must email firstname.lastname@example.org for special instructions.
Q: What is your online order return policy?
A: Returns are accepted on most items within 10 days after you receive your order. Returns are accepted via mail, they will not be accepted in-store. We require that you contact us to request a return authorization number. We will include a "Return & Exchange Information" sheet in with your shipment outlining procedure to follow for Returns and do not pay for return shipping. All orders shipped outside of Canada are FINAL SALE and do not include duties or taxes.
Depending on the item you purchased, you may return it for a full refund or for exchange. Items that are for exchange only will be noted as such in the description part of the item.
FINAL SALE on earrings, intimates, skin care products and all SALE ITEMS. Please email us before you place your order if you need help figuring out size or just need help in general. We are here for you and want you to be happy with your purchase.
RETURNS FOR REFUND will be subject to a handling fee of $10.00 (only if you received FREE shipping). This amount will be deducted from the amount and we will refund the difference to your credit card. Refunds will only be processed once we have received your package and the goods have been inspected to verify that they are in perfect re-saleable condition. If it is not in re-saleable condition, it will be returned to you COD and we will not issue Refund.
Note: We pull all of our online purchases from our Edmonton warehouse and require 24 hours to confirm the status and condition of your purchase. We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and given the option to backorder or have the purchase refunded.
